名词定义由于基因或DNA分子的缺陷，致使细胞内RNA及蛋白质合成出现异常、人体结构与功能随之发生变异的疾病。DNA分子的此种异常，有些可随个体繁殖而传给后代。如镰状细胞性贫血，是合成血红蛋白的基因异常所致的贫血疾患。
