名词定义一种用于分析抗体反应克隆性质的技术。即用等电聚焦法分离待测样品中各组分，再以电泳法转印至硝酸纤维素薄膜或其他材料上，加入同位素标记的抗原共温育，反应后用酶标记抗体与之结合，从而判定与之起反应的克隆性质和数量。
